Private events can be hosted at either of our Nashville locations: Hillsboro Village or Downtown Nashville. The two restaurants are just over two miles apart, offering convenient access whether your guests are local or visiting the city.

We offer full restaurant buyouts during our regular business hours, with customized pricing based on the day and guest count. If you're interested in hosting an after-hours event, both of our locations are available beginning at 4:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

Capacity varies depending on your event layout and setup. Pancake Pantry can comfortably accommodate approximately 100–120 seated guests. Our team will work with you to design a floor plan that best fits your group size and event style.

To ensure the highest quality and a seamless experience, all food and beverage for private events is provided exclusively by Pancake Pantry. Our team offers customizable catering packages and menu options tailored to your event, whether you're looking for passed appetizers, a full buffet, or a plated experience. From our signature breakfast favorites to elevated dinner selections, our culinary team will work with you to create a menu your guests will love.

For licensing and liability reasons, outside alcohol is not permitted. All alcoholic beverages must be provided and served by Pancake Pantry in accordance with local regulations. Our team is happy to work with you to curate a beverage package that complements your event and menu selections.

An outside event planner is not required. Pancake Pantry has a dedicated Event Manager who will guide you through all restaurant-related details for your event. Our team will assist with floor plan design, menu planning, rental coordination, and bar selections to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you're working with a professional event planner, we're always happy to collaborate to help make your day as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Your event quote includes our standard restaurant seating, along with select high-top tables. If additional rentals are needed such as specialty tables, linens, décor, or equipment—our team can coordinate with one of our trusted local rental partners on your behalf to ensure everything is arranged seamlessly.
