FAQ

Breakfast catering is available daily beginning at 6:00 AM. Our Downtown Nashville location offers catering until 2:00 PM, and our Hillsboro Village location offers catering until 3:00 PM. If you're planning an event outside of these hours, please contact our team as we're happy to discuss availability and accommodate special requests whenever possible.

No—we do not require a minimum order for catering. Whether you're planning breakfast for a small team meeting or a larger corporate event, we're happy to accommodate orders of any size.

A 24% service charge will be applied to all food and beverage orders, along with applicable state and local taxes.

Yes! We're happy to offer catering pickup at both Pancake Pantry locations. Simply let our team know your preferred pickup time when placing your order, and we'll have everything prepared and ready for you.

Yes—we offer complimentary delivery within 15 miles of either Pancake Pantry location. For delivery destinations beyond 15 miles, a $50 transportation fee will apply.

Yes—all catering orders include disposable plates and utensils, along with serving utensils as needed. For hot food items, we also offer disposable chafing dishes and sternos for purchase to help keep your food warm throughout your event. If beverages are included in your order, we will provide cups and any necessary accompaniments.

We recommend placing catering orders at least 48 hours in advance. For large events or full-service catering, additional notice may be required. Please contact our team for availability on short-notice requests.

Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Orders canceled after this window may be subject to charges.
